Jean is enthusiastic about passing on her passion for making cards and it shows - the group has grown quickly and more activities may be planned if the demand and interest continues.

A full house for the first card making session of 2025 - a great turnout producing an excellent assortment of quality cards. The only way is up for the remainder of the year.

With more new members eager to learn and contribute their output was outstanding. Another great session and a credit to the organisers and all those that attended - great job.

Another busy and productive card making session with people eager to learn new skills and get their hands on some different equipment. The number of people attending is slowly growing as word gets around, so much so that there is talk of holding two sessions a month if the demand is there. august 2024's PROJECT...
Clearly the 'Card Makers' are skilled and creative makers in other materials! Here's a brief glimpse of their latest offerings... 'snippet rolls' made from various fabrics, laces, ribbons, buttons etc. They also enjoyed a chat as well as tea & biscuits!

The card making group continues to flourish and Jean is keen to develop individual skills and extend their repertoire. Her latest demonstration piece shows off a range of different carding skills hoping to inspire the next generation!

Jo is a self taught and very experienced flower arranger who likes nothing more than up-cycling domestic items to create stylish and innovative floral pieces.
This group has been established due to local demand for an easily accessible venue with the necessary skills and facilities to encourage people to develop their floral display capabilities. If that's you, why not come long and join this enthusiastic bunch of flower & foliage arrangers!
