Privacy Policy

The Huthwaite Hub have agreed the following provisions in order to protect members personal data:

• members will be asked to update their personal data annually
• retained data will be held by the Secretary and used for its intended purposes only
• retained data will be limited to meet the needs of the Huthwaite Hub's 'Small Charity Constitution' for the purpose of calling Annual General Meetings and General Meetings only
• the trustees take full responsibility for members retained data and its usage
• members retained data will be deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity
• the charity will adopt and apply a Personal Data Privacy Policy
• the charity will register with the Information Commissioners Office
• the Privacy Policy and all retained data will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR 2016)
